Have you ever seen cheese that looks like this? Do you like cheese? Do you like fudge? If you answered yes to these questions, then these soon-to-be-fall favorites will tickle your taste buds and wow your guests.

Luckily, I have had the pleasure of tasting this fudgy cheese decadence. At first, I did not know what to expect. Chocolate and cheese together — interesting! After placing the little sliced wedge on my tongue, I was hooked. My guests were equally hooked and amazed at this fusion of flavors. This takes cheese charcuterie to a new level. Not only is this delicious but leaves your guests with presentation envy and asking, “Wherever did you find these?” You can proudly answer, “Cheese, Etc.! You never ordered from Gina? She prepares it all from scratch and makes these for Easter as well — they look like Easter eggs.”
