If you or your recipients are not 100% satisfied, simply let us know and we'll make it right! Please inform us of any issues within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We will promptly refund your money, re-ship or replace your order. We’ll do whatever it takes to uphold our commitment to quality and a positive shopping experience for you.


SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders that require shipping (not local hand delivery orders) are automatically charged for regular ground shipping only. Perishable items shipping to warm climates may need to be packed in cooler boxes and possibly expedited to ensure all items arrive safely.  Orders will be assessed to determine shipping times and the weather of the recipient’s location. Additional shipping charges beyond what you were charged when you checked out may be required. If there is such a need we will contact you to discuss any options. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's, or outside the contiguous United States.

We cannot be responsible for damaged or spoiled product due to the following:

  • Incorrect addresses – Please be sure to double check all address details.

  • Extended transit time due to weather or other issues UPS may have

  • Shipments not opened immediately upon receipt.

  • Orders sent to recipients who are not unavailable at the time of initial delivery attempt.


SUBSTITUTION POLICY:

For a variety of reasons, we ‘may’ run out of a specific item. We reserve the right to substitute an item with another product of equal or greater value.
