RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE JAM
A wonderful flavor combination! Think of a sweet raspberry jam, good by itself right? And who doesn’t like a chocolate truffle?! When we infused a bit of chocolate, into our raspberry jam, wow! When recipe testing we were standing around taking spoons and eating right from the jar until it was gone!
You can spread this jam on croissants for a sweet morning treat or jazz up a slice of cake for an after dinner dessert. Of course serve it on a cheese board with some aged cheeses and fresh raspberries.
